b. Driver’s Allowance: User have to pay BDT 100.00 per day for driver’s food allowance, If duty late night like 10.00 PM than user have to pay per night BDT 150.00 for driver’s dinner allowance
c. Out station Allowance: If the client take vehicle outside of Dhaka an additional tour allowance will have to be paid by user per day BDT 650.00 to cover accommodation and food of the Driver & after reaching to the destination the renter will take the responsibility for the safety and security of the vehicle
d. Daily Rent: Daily rent is only calculated in Dhaka city. Daily Rental fares are inclusive of all trip expenses i.e. Fuel/CNG/Driver’s charge except Ferry / Toll / Parking.
e. Fuel/CNG: Per day vehicle will run up to 50 km for inside Dhaka 70 km for outside Dhaka, including daily rental charge and for additional kilometer of use extra charges will be considered as price chart
f. Out of Dhaka: If duty out of Dhaka car rental charges depends on duty distance and duration. Commonly should be add only BDT 500.00 per day on daily rental charges.
g. Extra charges: All Rental charge have to be add 15 % VAT, If VAT or others Taxes by Bangladesh Govt. increased or decreased, the modify charge will be chargeable to the user
h. Belongings of Passenger: The vehicle will carry only the Passengers & their Luggage and prohibited carry any Contraband Items, heavy materials or Oily/Dirty substances.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:-

01. Daily Rates: Daily Rental fares are inclusive of all trip expences i.e. Fuel, driver's charge except Ferry / Toll / Parking.

02. Duration: Per day vehicle will run up to 10 hours (8.00am to 6.00pm) & additional per hour of use extra charges will be considered as price chart.

03. Fuel: Per day vehicle will run up to 50 km for inside Dhaka 80 km for outside Dhaka and for additional per km of use extra charges will be considered as price chart.

04. Terms of Payments: The total amount of hiring charge must be paid before the hiring date.

05. Cars must not be taken outside the country of rental.

06. Driver Tour Allowance: If the client take vehicle outside of Dhaka an additional tour allowance will have to be paid by user & after reaching to the destination the renter will take the responsibility for the safety and security of the vehicle.

07. Extra charges: Rental rates are excluding all local VAT and taxes.

08. Belongings of Passenger: The vehicle will carry only the Passengers & their Luggage and will not carry any Contraband Items, heavy materials or Oily/Dirty things.

09.Unable to Comply Services: During general strike days and movement to political meeting places.

Booking:-

Booking will be done by E-mail or mobile call and payment cash at office or Bank Account or Bkash , DBBL Cash or U Cash.
Your request should include the following information: • Route • Date of departure. • Time of departure. • Passenger list (if passenger list include foreigners, their nationality, passport number, validity of passport to be mentioned) with occupation, address and telephone numbers.

Cancellation:-

Within 24 hours before the reporting time schedule - forfeiture of 10% of total cost.
Within 12 hours before the reporting time schedule - forfeiture of 30% of total cost.
Please try to conform booking minimum 3 days before.
