For daily basis Car:
a. Duration: Driver’s working hour is 10 (8.00am – 6.0pm) a day. After this 10 hours user have to pay driver’s over time per hour BDT 50.00
b. Driver’s Allowance: User have to pay BDT 100.00 per day for driver’s food allowance, If duty late night like 10.00 PM than user have to pay per night BDT 150.00 for driver’s dinner allowance
c. Out station Allowance: If the client take vehicle outside of Dhaka an additional tour allowance will have to be paid by user per day BDT 650.00 to cover accommodation and food of the Driver & after reaching to the destination the renter will take the responsibility for the safety and security of the vehicle
d. Daily Rent: Daily rent is only calculated in Dhaka city. Daily Rental fares are inclusive of all trip expenses i.e. Fuel/CNG/Driver’s charge except Ferry / Toll / Parking.
e. Fuel/CNG: Per day vehicle will run up to 50 km for inside Dhaka 70 km for outside Dhaka, including daily rental charge and for additional kilometer of use extra charges will be considered as price chart
f. Out of Dhaka: If duty out of Dhaka car rental charges depends on duty distance and duration. Commonly should be add only BDT 500.00 per day on daily rental charges.
g. Extra charges: All Rental charge have to be add 15 % VAT, If VAT or others Taxes by Bangladesh Govt. increased or decreased, the modify charge will be chargeable to the user
h. Belongings of Passenger: The vehicle will carry only the Passengers & their Luggage and prohibited carry any Contraband Items, heavy materials or Oily/Dirty substances.
i. Unable to Comply Services: During general strike or political movements days.
j. Terms of Payments: The total amount of hiring charge -20 % must be paid on booking time and rest amount must be paid before the hiring date.
k. Payment Method: Cash / Cheque / Credit Card/ PayPal / bKash (If any user want to paid by credit card than user should be add 3% off Total rental charge )

f. Terms of Payments: 01 (One) month rental charge have to be paid as advance and every payment have within 05 working days on following month.
g. Payment Method: Cash / Cheque / Credit Card / PayPal / bKash (If any user want to paid by credit card than user should be add 3% off Total rental charge )
